Justine is a multi-hyphenate in every sense of the word. Artist, barista, painter, and all-around maker. She brings her love for art and her skill in coffee together to create Sari Sari Co., a mobile art café that’s all about creativity and connection.

What began as small DIY art kits grew out of a simple idea: share joy and make creativity easy for anyone, anywhere. Those kits became a way for people to slow down and make something with their hands. After the pandemic, Justine saw how much people missed gathering, so she started hosting community pop-ups that mixed painting, music, and good coffee.

Today, that idea has grown into a full coffee cart and creative studio on wheels. Sari Sari Co. now brings art, coffee, and playful experiences to weddings, markets, and private events across New Jersey and New York. At the heart of it all is Justine’s belief that creativity should feel accessible, joyful, and shared.
